Westview Science Olympiad is a club in which participants compete in tournaments designed to test their knowledge in various sciences, including biology, earth science, chemistry, engineering, and more. There are 23 events to choose from, and each is competed in with 1-2 partners. Normally, club members choose to compete in 1 to 4 events, but you may also choose to join noncompetitively, and just attend meetings for the sake of learning. Westview competes at the regional and state levels, and we’ve historically done really well, most recently placing 2nd at San Diego regionals last year!
