BITF works to confront diet culture, weight stigma, and disordered eating through education and empowerment.
Everyone deserves to love, embrace, and celebrate their body, regardless of shape, size, ethnicity, or ability. People can educate themselves through our discussions about diet culture, fatphobia/weight stigmas, disordered eating, etc. and develop healthy coping mechanisms to combat societal pressures about food and exercise. Follow the Instagram @wvbodyimagetaskforce and put your email in the bio to receive more information!
