Catalyst for Success

Catalyst for Success (C4S) is a volunteering based club that aims to promote STEM interest among elementary schoolers. Club members go out to local elementary schools and libraries to perform and explain engaging science experiments. We’ve done experiments like marshmallow catapults, pennyboats, tea bag rockets, and colored fire, and we are always looking to design more. While most events are done during the school day (you will be excused from period 3 and 4), there are also events hosted after school, usually at the RP Library. Last year, we organized 30+ events over hundreds of service hours. Unfortunately this year, due to COVID-19, in-person events are postponed until schools reopen. If you have any questions, feel free to contact
