The mission of our club is to spread 3D printing knowledge and skills to students across San Diego. We understand 3D Printing can be costly and confusing. However, we believe that these limitations shouldn’t restrict one’s opportunity to learn about this unique technology. During our meetings on Thursdays at lunch, we will teach members the fundamentals of 3D printing. At the end of the curriculum, members will be able to create and print their very own designs. More experienced members may join the exec team in hosting virtual/in-person 3D printing workshops at public libraries and elementary schools to earn volunteer hours! Our goal is to encourage the community to discover and learn more about 3D printing, a technology that will soon be prevalent in our day-to-day life. Our current co-presidents are Jason Hu and Jonah Jacobson, and you can contact us through our club email: wv3dprintingclub@gmail.com.
